Kathy Bowman Atkins
CEO and Founder
Kathy spent the first couple of decades of her career in Fortune 500 companies, where she was known for her strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among groups to handle complex business challenges. In 2002, she started The Lattitude Group. Today, Kathy and her team leverage their real-world experience to recognize key pain points and partner with business leaders to prepare for the future with an eye on results.
Kathy holds B.A. degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Elon University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is certified in CPIM with APICS.
Randy Lowman
President
Randy has spent over 25 years in leadership roles across a diverse range of industries. Randy serves as The Lattitude Group’s President, working with business leaders to create their vision, find their direction and achieve their new reality of success.
Randy holds a B.S. in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He has Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) with APICS.
Kendra Clabo
Vice President
Kendra has spent 16 years in the Professional Services sector in various sales and service leadership roles. Her experience in business development strategy, operations management, and employee training and development make her an invaluable asset to our clients and our team.
Kendra holds a BA in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of North Carolina
